Each solution in this book represent only one of the many methods available. The solutions are not meant to dictate any one particular approach but rather provide an avenue for obtaining the answer.
We have decided on producing hand worked solutions as opposed to typeset solutions so that the natural flow of the solution process can be more readily observed. It was important to have number of different authors involved in this project, each lending their own style and approach to solving problems.
