Teamway Educational Resources Pte Ltd operates www.teamway.com.sg based on the following policies which will apply to every transaction for the sale of products and to anyone who visits and uses our website.

1. Sales Policy

Teamway Educational Resources Pte Ltd aims to provide you with prompt service and a wide range of products at fair prices. We will also try our best to fulfill any special needs or requirements you may have with regards to products which are not placed on our website. Please email us with any suggestions or requests for books which you may wish to purchase.

You are also welcomed to give us feedback regarding our services and products so that we can serve you better in the future.

2. Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy

Products once sold are non-returnable/non-exchangeable/non-refundable. Products can only be returned and/or exchanged if the wrong product (i.e. you ordered a different book from that which was received) was delivered by us.

A refund will only be given when products ordered are out-of-stock or out-of-print and you decide to cancel the order.

All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging and be in re-saleable conditions.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders which are confirmed cannot be cancelled by the customer except for when the products ordered are out-of-stock or out-of-print.

4. Privacy Statement

Teamway Educational Resources Pte Ltd uses the information provided by users solely for the purpose of processing orders for products. The information will not be used for any other reason unless authorisation is provided by the customer.

None of this information provided by users will be given to any other party unless required by Singapore Law.

5. Stock-Out Policy

We will try our best to ensure that all our advertised products are in-stock so that you can shop at our e-commerce website with confidence. However there will be times when our publishers, suppliers and affiliates neglect to inform us that certain products are out-of-stock and hence we will be unable to supply you with the product.

In such cases, you may choose to wait for the product to be in-stock. We will inform you when the product is available again and then obtain it for you.

If not, you may also choose to cancel the order and we will refund the money that you have paid to you.

6. Self-Collection

You may collect your order from our office during office hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays. There will be no self-collection on weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays. We will notify you through email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.

7. Currency used in our Website

All the prices quoted in our website are based on Singapore Dollars.
