It is structured in a way to effectively increase the understanding of biology concepts. The questions are broadly categorised into 3 levels of difficulty. They are also grouped into units according to the major topics in the syllabus, allowing students to work systematically and become more competent in answering biology questions.

At the end of each unit, extension questions that are corss-topical in nature are included to futher challenge students. Detailed answers are provided to facilitate independent learning and correct misconceptions.
